When should I arrive for my appointment?

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for a personal consultation. This also gives you a bit of extra time to prepare for your treatment and relax.

Are there parking spaces available?

Yes! There is on-road parking available.

I'm on medication. Can I still have a treatment?

This all depends on the type of medication you are taking. Let us know prior to your appointment and we can establish whether it is necessary to consult a doctor before your treatment with us.

I have very sensitive skin. Will the oils and creams affect me?

We will carefully select the oils and creams from our range of products which are gentle on sensitive skin and sure to suit your skin type. Dry, cracked skin and allergies are no problem for Kim's Beauty Room!

Is there a minimum age?

Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

I can't make my appointment! Is there a cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes life throws unexpected hurdles that may prevent you from getting to your appointment, but we would very much appreciate 48 hours notice otherwise a small cancellation charge will occur.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

No, you would just fall into a natural sleep and awaken normally or become instantly alert if there was an emergency.

Is hypnosis harmful?

No, there are no side effects and you cannot be made to do anything against your will.

​

Can anyone be hypnotised?

Yes as long as you are willing to be hypnotised and not suffering severe mental health issues or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
