Terms and Conditions
All treatments are safe, relaxing and natural, however if you have any of the following conditions we will be unable to provide a treatment without the written consent of your doctor or other medical professional:

Fever

Contagious diseases

Surgery in the last 6 months

Continued health issues

Heart condition, diabetes or epilepsy
Our treatments are subject to a consultation prior to the session. If you have not disclosed any of the above conditions, we have the right to refer you to your doctor, refuse treatment, discontinue treatment, or defer until we are satisfied that a professional has given their permission for you to receive the treatment. In this event, the full session will need to be paid as we will be unable to fill the slot at short notice.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that 48 hours notice be given when cancelling or changing your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be liable to pay the full cost of the treatment.
If you are using a gift voucher, the session is part of a block booking or a package, these will be non-refundable if the required notice is not given.
Packages and vouchers are valid for six months from purchase and must be booked before expiry date.
Treatment slots will begin and finish at the pre-allocated time and late arrivals will therefore receive the remainder of their appointment at the full price so as not to inconvenience other clients.
Privacy Policy
We know that your personal information is very important to you, and we therefore keep it under lock and key. Your medical history data is taken during the consultation so that we can tailor the treatment to your needs and requirements. We do not share any of this information gathered with third parties. Your best interests are absolutely paramount to what we do.
